We offer a variety of quality products for waste-water treatment. Concrete septic tanks are your best value over plastic septic tanks and have been the accepted standard in BC for over 40 years.  Concrete tanks are more durable than plastic or fibreglass, they don't float once they are placed in the ground, and don't require expensive backfill specifications.  

We manufacture 3 sizes of  concrete septic tanks:

  • 600 gallon single compartment: used in tandem with another tank, or tanks to form two or more compartments.  Our 600 gallon tank also makes an ideal pump chamber.

  • 800 gallon single compartment:  used in tandem with another tank, or tanks to form two or more compartments.

  • 900 gallon two compartment:  our largest tank available - used as a single two compartment tank or used in tandem with other tanks.

We provide delivery and setting of our septic tanks to your site.    Delivery charges vary according to your location.

On May 31, 2005, new sewerage regulations for British Columbia took effect.  As a homeowner, you are now required to seek a professional (either a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP) or a Professional Engineer) to design your septic system.

Our septic tanks are manufactured according to the new provincial sewerage regulations.  All tanks will be tested to meet provincial standards prior to delivery.

  • 36 inch inside diameter x 3ft.  (107 gallon capacity),

  • 48 inch inside diameter x 3ft.  (191 gallon capacity)

Well Ring:  Used for well casing and for extending 36 inch pump chambers to ground level.  Sold in the following heights:

  • 36 inch inside diameter  x  1 foot high

  • 36 inch inside diameter  x  18 inches high

  • 36 inch inside diameter  x  2 feet high

  • 36 inch inside diameter  x  3 feet high
