Pre-Benched Manholes:
We manufacture custom "based and
benched" manhole units complete with rubber gaskets or blockouts for each
entry and exit point in the manhole.

Concrete Manhole Lids:
Manufactured for all sizes of our manhole barrel. Our stock concrete
lids come with a 24 inch (600 mm) diameter "offset" opening to fit City of
Cranbrook and other local municipality standard TF-39 frame and
cover/grate sets. We also manufacture lids to suit any frame
and cover/grate. |

Manhole Frames and Grates:
We stock "Country Style" TF-39
manhole/catch basin frames and grates. These frames and grates are
compatible with our standard stock concrete manhole and catch basin
concrete lids. Frames are available in regular (150 mm) and low
profile (100 mm) heights. We also order in a wide variety of frames,
covers, and grates according to customer requirements. |

Custom
Control Manholes and Vaults:
Using our innovative and flexible
"tear down" forms, we manufacture custom "control manholes" and
vaults. For those customers who are accustomed to Alberta standards,
we manufacture the equivalent of a "1-S" Manhole. Bring in
your drawings or specifications and we'll provide you with pricing. |

Manhole Lifting System:
Our standard manholes are equipped with 2.5
ton lifting pins inserted into the product upon pouring. Our
customers are required to purchase the necessary eyes (lifting clutches)
in order to lift our manholes. You will require 4 lifting clutches
to lift a Pre -Benched manhole and 2 lifting clutches to lift our
barrel. For our heavier tanks and vaults, customers will require our
10 ton lifting clutches.
Please Note:
Customers must use a spreader bar when lifting manhole barrel with the
Starcon system.
