We manufacture and install outhouses with the option of a privacy "vestibule".  Please specify when placing your order whether you wish to include the vestibule (an extra charge is applicable for the privacy vestibule wall).  Specify the direction of the vestibule wall (right or left) as well as which way the door will swing open.  When you order an outhouse from Tri-Kon Precast, our knowledgeable installation team will deliver and install your outhouse complete with all necessary accessories, interior and exterior finishing (toilet paper holder, handicapped bar, toilet, ventilation stack, concrete stained interior, high glossed exterior finish) - right down to your first roll of toilet paper!  When our team hands you the keys and leaves the job site, your outhouse is ready for use.
